VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 PHYSICAL SECURITY PLAN - REVISION 31 Virginia Electric and Power Company hereby submits clarifications to the North Anna Power Station Physical Security Plan. Commitments have been reincorporated into j
the plan in accordance with a teleconference on July 9,1993 (between Ms. O. M.
Masnyk of the NRC Region ll office and Mr. N. K. Martin of our Nuclear Security Department) and yout ietiet dated July 14,1993.
Pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54 (p) (2), Virginia Electric and Power Company also submits the enclosed changes to the North Anna Power Station Physical Security Plan. A description and justification of the changes are enclosed. We have determined that these enanges and clarifications do not reduce the effectiveness of the plan.
The material enclosed herewith contains Safeguards Information as defined by 10 CFR 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited by Section 147 of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended.
