Three (3) originals and thirty-seven (37) copies of an Application for an Amendment to Operating License to amend Appendix A of our license to revise Table 3. 3-6, Table 4.3.3 and Section B 3/4.3.3.1 concerning radiation monitoring instrumentation.
2.
Forty (40) copies of documents designated Attachments A and B which set forth the requested change in Tec inical Specification and its safety evaluation.
We have determined this to be a Class III change request, and a check for $4,000.00 will be submitted under separate cover in accordance with 10 CFR 170.22.
