UNIMPLEMENTED GENERIC SAFETY ISSUES AT 000PER hi' CLEAR STATION-On April 25, 1990, the staff issued Generic Letter 90 04 which requested information concerning the implementation status of certain generic safety- -l issues (GSIs) at your facility. Based on your. response to this Generic .

Letter, dated June 22, 1990, our own records,-and discussions with your staff, we have updated our-database on GSI implementation status. The results of this effort were presented to the Commission.at a meeting on October 25, 1990.

The enclosure to this letter summarizes the staff's understanding of the current status of.those GSIs which remain unimplemented at' Cooper Nuclear Station. We appreciate the assistance you provided,in responding to Generic Letter 90-04 and we encourage your timely completion of _those'GSIs listed in the enclosure.
