Dear Mr. Miller:
- Enclosed are thirty four copies of Chapter 11 " Radioactive Waste Management," draft revisions to-the Standard Safety Analysis Report (SSAR) for the Advanced Boiling Water Reactor (ABWR).
This information is provided to clarify portions of SSAR Sections 11.2 and 11.4 pertaining to the liquid and solid waste management systems, respectively.
Please note that this material contains information that is designated as General Electric Company proprietary information. This material relates to the Chapter 11 proprietary information that was previously sent to the NRC via Reference 1 and its corresponding proprietary affidavit.
It is intended that GE will amend the SSAR with these responses in a future amendment.-
