Gentlemen:
In accordance with your application dated June 14, 1990, and supplement dated August 14,-1990, and pursuant to Title 10, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 70, Materials License No. SNM-21 is hereby amended to delete the criticality control requirements.
Accordingly, Conditions 6C, 7C, BC,11,13,16, and 17 are hereby deleted, and Conditions 9 and 14 are revised to read as follows:

For use in accordance with statements, representations, and conditions contained in Part I, except Chapters 4 and 8. of the licensee's_ application dated August 20, 1982, and supplements dated
-October 29 and December-17, 198?.; March 2, March 7, May 29, and June 12,-1984; September _ 22, 1987; December 19, 1988; and January 26, and November 2, 1989.
- 14. - All personnel, prior-to unsupervised work with special nuclear materials. shall' receive formal training in radiation safety.
