References (1) and (2) submitted Licensee Event Report (LER) No.90-011 and Revision 1 to LER No.90-011, respectively, for a condition involving the Auxiliary Feedwater System at Unit 3.

Subsequently, Edison noted a

.i typographical error in Form NRC 366 Item 6 (LER Number) for the Revision 1 submittal in that the LER number was incorrectly entered (3-92-011.R1 instead l

of 3-90-Oll.Rl).

This typographical error has been corrected in Enclosure I.

During a Novenber 23, 1993 telephone conversation between Edison (C. E. Williams) and the NRC (R. A.

Spence), the NRC noted that this j

typographical error may have caused LER 2-92-011 to be removed from your records. Therefore, LER 2-92-011 has been included as Enclosure II of this letter.
