Request for Additional Information - Point Pleasant Diversion Plan In order to enable the NRC staff to consider any environmental impacts associated with changes to the Point Pleasant Diversion Plan, please provide us under Section 182(a) of the Atomic Energy Act and 10 CFR 50.54(f),

with a current description of the Plan. Your description should identify changes in design, location, construction, and operation made since issuance of the Construction Permits in 1974 and should include an assessment of any incremental impacts or reductions in impacts associated with these changes.

In addition to the current description of the Plan, you should also submit information (or reference prior submission of information contained in documents already docketed) identifying the major alternatives. considered in location and design of those portions of the Plan (e.g., intake structure, conveyance pipeline, storage reservoir) that would service the Limerick Generating Station.

Your response is requested no later than 30 days from receipt of this letter in light of the accelerated consideration ordered by the Board in the OL proceeding for contentions related to operational impacts associated with changed circumstances regarding Point Pleasant, and the 2.206 request filed by Del-Aware. Under Section 18.(a) and 10 CFR 50.54(f), please also keep us advised un any future changes to the Plan.
