DOCKET t:0. 50-373 LA SALLE COUNTY STATION, UNIT 1 AMEllDMENT TO FACILITY OPERATILG LICENSE License l'o. NPF-11 Amendnent No. 3 1.
The Huclear P.egulatory Comission (the Comission or the NRC) having' found that:
A.
The application for amendment by the Connonwealth Edison Conpany, dated July 14, 1982, complies with the standards and requirements of the Atomic Energy Act of 1954, as amended (the Act), and the Comission's regulations set forth in 10 CFR Chapter I; B.
The facility will operate in conformity with the application, the provisions of the Act, and the regulations of the Conmission; C.
There is reasonable assurance:
(i) that the activities authorized by this amendment can be conducted without endangering the health and safety of the public, and (ii) that such activities will be conducted in compliance with the Comission's regulations; D.
The issuance of this anendment will not be ininical to the connon defense and security or to the health and safety of the public; and E.
The issuance of this anendnent is in ac' ordance with 10 CFR Part 51 c
of the Commission's regulations and all applicable requirenents have been satisfied.

Accordingly, paragraph 2.C.(31) of the Facility Operating License !!o. NPF-11 is hereby amended to read as follows:
(31) Bolting of Valves Prior to January 15, 1983, the licensee shall check the toroue on all non-pressure boundary bolts (bolts whose failure will effect the operability of the valve) on each safety-related valve located outside containnent.
