Revision 21 to the topical report reflects the title change from Vice Pntsident - Nuclear Division to Vice President and General Manager - Nuclear Division, clarifies supplier QA evaluation responsibilities, and provides additional infonnation regarding the follow-up of open static.: items regarding corrective action.
