APPLICATION FOR AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSE Pursuant to Section 50.90 of the regulations of the U. S.
Nuclear Regulatory Commission, Duquesne Light Company hereby requests that the Technical Specifications set forth in Appendix A
to these licenses be' amended to reduce the-required river water flow rate through the Recirculation Spray heat exchangers from 8,000 gpm to C,000-gpm for the remainder of cycle eight (8) operation.
The-proposed. Technical Specification changes are rat forth in Attachments-A to-this Application.
A Safety Analysis and No Significant Hazard Evaluation are set forth in Attachment B.
Typed replacement pages for' the Technical Specifications are contained on Attachment C.
