Eion Nuclear Power _Sta.tions Units 1 and 2 Zion S.lation Security Plan NRC Docket Nos. 50-295 & 50-304 TAC Nos. 65423]S5426 Enclosed is the original and three (3) copies of Revision 34 of the Zion Nuclear Power Station Security Plan. This Revision outlines the temporary security measures during the Dual Unit Service Water Outage (Z2P02 and Z1R13).
Pursuant to 10CFR 50.4, the signed original and three copies of the security plan revisions are being provided to your office. A copy of this letter and two copies of the security plan revisions are being sent to Region Ill.
We have concluded that these changes do not decrease the safeguards effectiveness of the plan. These enclosures contain Safeguards information which must be protected from public disclosure pursuant to 10CFR 73.21.
