I. MANUAL DISTRIBtfrION

PURPOSE' To provide controlled distribution to the Public Information Response Team (PIRT) and Joint Public Information Center (JPIC) personnel for t
guidance in an emergency.
2.
GENERAL INFORMATION A.
Control numbers are assigned'to each manual which are distributed i
to PIRT and JPIC personnel to keep until'such time as individuals are no longer participants.
Manuals are to be returned to the'EPIO Coordinator, Emergency Planning and Cost Section (EPCS), upon reassignment or termination of employment from the Centerior Energy Corporation.

Manual holders are responsible for maintaining and updating the manual, and for immediately reporting lost or stolen manuals to the EPIO Coordinator, EPCS.

Selected personnel receive more than one manual as determined by the Manager, EPCS, and the EPIO Coordinator.
