Dear Sir:
On December 9,1981 Transamerica Delaval notified The Commission of a potential problem in the Governor Lube Oil Cooler Assembly of the DSR or DSRV Standby Diesel Generator.
A recent visit to the Texas Utilities Site at Comanche Peak indicates that this station should of been included in the list of sites affected.
Therefore, we will send a copy of this letter, a copy of our original letter to the Commission describing the potential defect, and de-tailed instructions for moving the Governor Lube Oil Cooler to Texas Utilities by July 30. Parts and technical services required will be furnished by Transamerica Delaval, upon request, and in accordance with our contract with Texas Utilities.
We cannot estimate when this modification will be complete since the completion date depends on action by Texas Utilities.
