STATION BLACK 0UT RULE IMPLEMENTATION NRC INSPECTION REPORT NO. 50-285/94-01 We recently discussed our plans to conduct an inspection of the implementation of the Station Blackout Rule,10 CFR 50.36, at your Fort Calhoun Station with Mr. R. Phelps of your staff.

Mr. Phelps requested that the inspection be postponed for approximately 3 weeks from the originally scheduled week of January 3, 1994.

We have rearranged our schedule to accommodate performing the inspection during the week of January 24, 1994. We confirmed these plans with Mr. J.

Cook of your staff on November 17, 1993.

The original schedule for the inspection and the background information was provided in our November 5, 1993, letter to you on this subject. The inspection will be conducted as indicated in that letter. The Team Leader and principal contact for this inspection effort is Mr. Philip Wagner.
