Dear Sir:

f The qualifications and training of five personnel who had the Shift l

Iechnical Advisor responsibility at Cooper Nuclear Station were doc-umented in reference 5.

As per a conversation at Cooper Nuclear Station between Byron Siegel and Leo Lessor we were to submit to you the qual-ifications and training of permanent replacements for individuals con-sidered as acceptable in the reference 6 letter.

Because one of these l

individuals, Robert D. Creason, has terminated employment. it is nec-l essary to add a permanent replacement.

We are thus submitting as documentation of the qualification and training of a re-placement, Ricky L. Gardner.

Effective July 14, 1982, we will be using this person as a qualified STA since he will have completed the re-quirements of our program.
