Dear Mr. Vassallo:
In a letter dated July 3, 1982 to you from Mr. C. R. Dietz, Carolina Power & Light Company (CP&L) requested revisions to the Operating Licenses for the Brunswick Steam Electric Plant Unit Nos. 1 and 2.
These changes were to allow continued operation of Brunswick 1 during,an interim period until corrective maintenance could be completed on Diesel-Generator No. 2.
This letter is to remit the required license amendment application fees to NRC. As determined in our July 3, 1982 letter, a class III and a Class I fee are required. Accordingly, our check for $4,400.00 is enclosed in i
payment of these fees.
