On October 28, 1993, we met with members of your staff to discuss cable separation criteria at Crystal River Unit 3 (CR-3).

You had previously provided Revision 2 to your " Electrical Design Criteria, Electrical Circuit Physical Separation and Cable Tray Loading" document to us for information by letter dated May 6, 1993.

You stated that this document was revised in accordance with your design control program and your commitment to ANSI N.25.2.ll.

j As a result of our preliminary review of your submittas and our meetings on this subject, we have determined that a detailed review of your submittal is not required and will not be performed by the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR). This si.ould not be interpreted as approval of your submittal or program. The adequacy of your electrical separation may be evaluated during future inspectionr.
