ACCEPTANCE OF QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM CHANGES FOR SEABROOK

Reference:

Letter dated May 26,1993, from Mr. T. C. Feigenbaum to the U. S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission transmitting the annual submittal of changes to the Seabrook Quality Assurance Program We have completed our review of the proposed changes to the Seabrook Station Quality Assurance Program contained in the 10 CFR 50.71(e) submittal transmitted to us by the reference correspondence. The changes described in Revision 2 of the Seabrook Updated Final Safety Analysis Report, Chapter 17, Appendix 17A, were reviewed in accordance with the requirements of 10 CFR 50.54(a) and the acceptance criteria specified in NUREG-0800,

" Standard Review Plan," Section 17.2.

Based on our review of the licensee's submittal, dated May 26,1993, it was determined that the proposed revisions to the Quality Assurance Program continue to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, and are therefore acceptable.
