NPF-4 NPF-7 Gentlemen: i VIRGINIA ELECTRIC AND POWER COMPANY NORTH ANNA POWER STATION UNITS 1 AND 2 SETTLEMENT MONITORING PROGR AM On October 5,1992, the NRC issued Amendment Nos.167 and 147 to the North Anna l Units 1 and 2 Technical Specification 3/4.7.12, involving settlement of Class l' i structures. The amendments deleted the requirement for monitoring the settlement of most of the Category I structures and increased the allowable differential settlement limits for certain structures. in support of that amendment, Virginia Electric and Power Company committed on August 24,1992 (Serial No. 92-249A) to submit the results of the next fou'r semi-l annual surveys to the NRC for information. This submittalis required to be within 60 i days of the survey completion. The periodic tests for the third semi-annual survey l were completed on October 25,1993.
