As discussed in an October 1, 1990 telephone conversation between Mr.
M. Sinkule of my staff and Mr. E. Harrell of your staff, this letter is in reference to an allegation received by the NRC.
The enclosure to this letter provides the details relative to this issue.
The NRC has net made an attempt to ascertain the accuracy or validity of the information supplied by the individual.
The enclosed information is provided for your review so that you can take appropriate action, The enclosed information is being supplied in confidence and is not being placed in the Public Document Room.
