NRC INSPECTION REPORT N05. 50-321/90-17 AND 50-366/90-17
This refers to the inspection conducted by Ms. L. Trocine of this office and
Mr. B. L. Collins, a consultant from the Idaho National Engineering Laboratory,
on September 11-14, 1990.
The inspection included a review of activities
authorized for your Hatch facility.
At the conclusion of the inspection, the
findings were discussed with those members of your staff identified in the
enclosed Inspection Report.
Areas examined during the inspection are identified in the report.
Within
these areas, the inspection consisted of selective examinations of procedures
and representative records, interviews with personnel, and observation of
activities in progress.
Within the scope of the inspection, violations or deviations were not
identified,
in accordance with the 10 CFR 2.790(a) of the NRC'sL" Rules of Practice," a copy.
of this letter and its enclosure will be placed in~ the NRC Public Ducument
Room.
