RESPONSE TO BULLETIN 90-03 FOR WATERFORD STEAM ELECTRIC STATION, UNIT 3 (TAC NO. 76311)
On March 20, 1990, theNRCissuedGenericLetter(GL)9003"Relaxationof Staff Position in Generic Letter 83-28, Item 2.2 Part 2 ' Vendor Interface for Safety-Related Components.'" The GL requested that all licensees and applicants 1~
review their present vendor interf ace programs and modify them as necessary using the guidance supplied in the GL.
By letter dated October 1,1990 Entergy Operations, Inc responded to GL 90-03 and indicated that the programs will be implemented by December 31, 1990, in accordance with the guidance given in the GL. The staff has reviewed your response and finds it acceptable.
This action closes TAC No. 76311.
