Dear Mr. Fay:
This acknowledges receipt of your letter of July 28, 1981, by which you transmitted a change to the Point Beach Nuclear Plant Guard Training and Qualification Plan.
Our review of this revised plan indicates a need for further revision and for additional information. The enclosure describes the points at issue.
Please modify your plan accordingly and resubmit those changes within 30 days of receipt of this letter. As discussed with a member of your staff, those commitments contained in your above revision which

relate to your petition-for-rulemaking are being accepted, pending decision by the Commission.
We have detemined that portions of the enclosures to the above referenced letter contain Safeguards Infomation which is required to be protected against unauthorized disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 73.21. The reporting and/or recordkeeping requirements contained in this letter affect fewer than 10 respondents; therefore, OMB clearance is not required under P.L.96-511.
