The applica-tion was filed with the Office of fluclear Reactor Regulation through your attorneys at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Leiby and 14acRae by letter dated October 24, 1978, and included a Class II amendment fee of $1,200.
We have determined from our preliminary review that the requested action falls in Class III rather than Class II because it involves review of a single safety issue which requires an amendment fee of $4,000. You should forward the additional fee of $2,800 promptly to this ' office. -Fees are payable to the U.S. fluclear Regulatory Commission by check, draft, or money order.
