9/10 0916 Rx Trip, Unit entered MODE 3. Rx Trip on Turbine Trip due to high Motsture Separator Roheater (MSR) level. Faulty level control caused flooded MSR.

9/15 2050 Rx Trip, Unit entered MODE 3. Manual Rx Trip to avoid Lo Lo SG #3 Level whon Main Feedwater Pump tripped on low suction pressure following Heater Drain Pump Trip. LER 90 030 to follow.
9/16 1400 Unit entered MODE 2.
1333 Unit entered MODE 1. Extensive Balance of Plant grooming conducted at reduced power levels over the next two days.
9/23 0439 Unit entered MODE 2 to conduct maintenance on Feedwater Control Valves.
Decision to enter outage made following heater drain system induced transient that required reduced power to investigate and correct leaks caused by transient.
