DPR-51 for the Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit No.1 (ANO-1), located in Pope

County, Arkansas.

The proposed amendment would have revised Technical Specifications (TSs) 3.9 and 4.10 regarding the control room emergency ventilation (air l

conditioning and air filtration) system and control room isolation system, to j

achieve consistency with the requirements for ANO-2 and to avoid misinterpretation of the TSs and enhance the operability of the systems.

withdrew the proposed change.
