ARKANSAS NUCLEAR ONE, UNIT 1 - WITHDRAWAL OF AMENDMENT REQUEST (TAC NO. M80885)

By letter dated June 27, 1991, you applied for an amendment to the Arkansas Nuclear One, Unit 1 (ANO-1).

The proposed amendment would have revised Technical Specifications (TSs) 3.9 and 4.10 regarding the control room emergency ventilation (air conditiening and air filtration) system and control room isolation system, to achieve consistency with the requirements for ANO-2 and to avoid misinterpretation of the TSs and enhance the operability of the systems.

Subsequently, by letter dated October 1, 1993, you withdrew the amendment request.

The Commission has filed the enclosed Notice of Withdrawal of Application for Amendment to Facility Operating License with the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
