EMERGENCY PLAN (TAC No. L21663)
In accordance with your amendment application dated April 16, 1992, as revised by your letters dated January 18 and October 5,1993, and pursuant to Part 70 to Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Materials License SNM-1227 is hereby amended.to ' authorize a change to Chapter 8 of the license. This change removes the reference to the specific revision of the Emergency Plan (the Plan), and continues to allow revisions to the Plan that do not decrease the effectiveness of the Plan, under the conditions set forth in the revised Chapter 8.

- Accordingly, Condition S-1 is amended to include the dates of April 16, 1992, and January 18 and October 5, 1993.
All other conditions of this license shall remain the same.
Enclosed are copies of the Materials License SNM-1227 and Safety Evaluation Report, which includes the Categorical Exclusion determination.
