In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Part 50.54(p),

Carolina Power & Light Company hereby transmits the original and three copies of Revision 5 to the Security Personnel Training and Qualification Plan for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Plant, Unit No. 2.
The enclosed contains no changes which are known to decrease the effectiveness of the plan or level of security provided.
The revision incorporates changes associated with the management structure of the Security Organization, new handgun, bandgun course of fire, titles, and administrative changes.
The enclosed information has been designated as Safeguards Information and should be protected in accordance with the provisions of 10CFR73.21.
