This refers to an Enforcement Conferer.e conducted by me and other members.of
the Region III Staff on September 16, 1993, of activities at the Dresden
Nuclear Power Station, Units 1, 2 ano 3, authorized by NRC License Nos. DPR-
02, DPR-19 and DPR-25 and to the discussion of our findings with Mr. Lyster
and other members of your staff. We have enclosed a' report summarizing the
discussicn.
