ROSEMOUNT TRANSMITTERS - LOSS OF FILL-Olt On May 19 I received a phone call from a credible individual who indicated that the NRC staff may not have been aware of all the pertinent technical information when we made our decision regarding the actions to be taken by licensees as specified in Bulletins 90-01 and 90-01, Supplement 1.
In coordination with 01, NRR and OIG, I have established a small team to thoroughly evaluate this matter to determine whether the agency should require licensees to take additional action beyond that specified in NRC Bulletin 90-01 and 90-01, Supplement 1.
A' copy of the Team's Charter is enclosed.
