In accordance with the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 10, Prrt 50.54(p),
Carolina Power & Light Company hereby transmits the original and three copies of Revision 23 to the Industrial Security Plan for the H. B. Robinson Steam Electric Planc Unit No. 2.
The enclosed contains no change which is known to decrease the effectiveness of the plan or level of security provided. The revision incorporates changes associated with the management structure of the Security organization, new equipment location, completion of the O&M Building and other administrative changes.
