TASK ORDER FOR WORK BY COTTON & COMPANY
Dear Mr. Goldberg:
I understand that prior approval is needed if we anticipate that the contractor will need to work more than a standard Government workday. Time is of the essence on this planned task, because we need to have results as soon as possible so that our Fiscal Year 1992 financial statements will be completed and auditable in order to meet the CFO Act#s required timeframes.
Accordingly, we will appreciate it if you will add the'following clause to the l
task order.
Contractor personnel are authorized to work up to 11 hours1.273148e-4 days <br />0.00306 hours <br />1.818783e-5 weeks <br />4.1855e-6 months <br /> Work Hours per day and on weekends if deemed necessary to meet this tasks required timeframes. All hours will be charged at the contractual rates and no overtime premiums will be allowed.
I also understand that an ' effective date" is needed.
Please include February 10, 1992, as the task order's effective date. Call me if any additional information is needed.
