SUBMITTING DOCUMENTS IN ELECTRONIC FORM FOR PUBLICATION IN THE FEDERAL REGISTER Please ensure that your staff complies with the instructions in the enclosed subject memorandum from Hugh L. Thompson, Jr., dated August 10, 1993.
Currently, these instructions apply only to final rules, proposed rules, advance notices of proposed rulemaking, or policy statements. As you may know, a similar procedure is followed for the biweekly notices issued pursuant to 10 CFR 50.91 (commonly called "Sholly Notices"). Also, I have been advised that future plans include the electronic submission of all documents submitted for publication in the Fgderal Reaister.
