Condition 3 - This. cense covers only the nuclear content of the materiol.

Condition 5 - Special nuclect materiol authorized for export under th,s I cense shall not be transported outside the United States in possenger corrying aircroft in shipments exceeding (1) 20 groms or 20 curies. whichever rs less. of plutonium or vronium 233, or (2) 350 grams of vronium 235.
Condition 6-This hcen;e authorizes espert only and does not authorize the rece pt, phys < col possession, or use of the nucleor material.
Condition 7 - The hcensee shall complete end submit on NRC Form 741 for each shipment of source material exported under this hcense.
Condition 8 - The hcensee shall advise the NRC in the event there is any change in the designo-tion of the company who will package the nuclear material to be exported under th s hcense, or any change in the location of the packaging operation, of least three weeks prior to the scheduled date of export.
