Thank you for your 10 CFR Part 50.54(a) submittal dated December 28, 1992, which incorporates changes in your Quality i
Assurance Program description (Topical Report).
We have reviewed the changes associated with this submittal and identified a reduction in commitment regarding processing of work documents such as work requests.
Although these changes were described in docketed correspondence dated July 21, 1992, your correspondence did not identify these revisions as being a reduction of commitment to the Quality Assurance Program description in accordance with 10 CFR 50.54(a).
However, based on our review, we conclude that these revisions continue to meet the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix B, and are acceptable.
If there are changes to QA commitments existing in docketed correspondence outside of the Quality Assurance Program description, you are obligated to notify this office.
