Nuclear Plant (SQN) - Technical Specification (TS)
Change 92-07, " Reactor Coolant System (RCS) Loss of Flow Reactor Trip Setpoint Allowable Value Increase" j
TVA and NRC held telephone discussions regarding the two referenced TS changes on January 28 and February 18, 1993.
These discussions resulted in NRC requesting additional infonnation to support the review of these l
TS change requests. The requested information involved the details for l
instrumentation uncertainties that were considered for the overall 2.4 percent RCS flow measurement uncertainty and the specific flow values used to derive the flow ratios documented for the RCS flow measuren:ent test at Prairie Island Nuclear Plant.
