REPORT,' for the Material Balance Period ending July 1,1993 at the Columbia Fuel Fabrication

Facility (CFFF).

The LEID/SEID was recalculated according to Critical procedure NMM-CP-490 due to significant changes in the Active Inventory and variances of key material forms. The Throughput, Active Inventory and associated limits were j

also recalculated and are reported on the revised form.

The status of Key Measurement Systems was evaluated; UF6 Gravimetric Systematic, Rod Bulk Systematic, UF6 Bulk Systematic, Solid Scrap lets and UF6 Random Sampling Variances comprise 92% of the total variance of the LEID.

A typographical error on line three, grams isotope for shipments, was corrected. (was 31,468,947, changed to l

i 31,468,949).

A prior period correction was discovered after the original reporting of the NRC Form 327.
