Dear Dr. Murley:

References (a) & (b) transmitted the Quad Cities Station Units 1 and 2 Cycle 12 Startup Test Report Summaries. These reports were submitted in accordance with Technical Specification DPR-29, Section 6.6.A.I.

This letter re-transmits the reports in their entirety to correctly note values within the startup test report summaries that were incorrectly reported. The fbllowing table highlights the difference between the startup test reports summaries transmitted in references a & b and the revised Unit 1 and 2 Cycle 12.

It should be noted that:

The required shutdown margin for Unit 1 Cycle 12 and Unit 2 Cycle 12 were 0.322% AK respectively. These shutdown margin requirements were met throughout cycle 12 for both units.
