REVISION 4 This acknowledges the receipt of your letter dated June 4, 1993, by which you transmitted Revision 4 to the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station Safeguards Contingency Plan.
The regional staff has reviewed the submitted revision and found the changes to the subject letter and the attachments thereto to be consistent with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(p).
Accordingly, they are acceptable for inclusion into the plan.
The enclosures to your letter contain Safeguards Information of a type specified in 10 CFR 73.21 and are being withheld from public disclosure.
The implementation of your revisions will be reviewed during a future inspection.

Included with each plan is a " Summary of Changes

The enclosure to this letter contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as defined in 10CFR73.21:
