In accordance with 10CFR50.4., enclosed are four (4) copies of the CPSES j
Safeguards Contingency Plan Revision 4 (Copy Numbers: 13, 14, 15 and 16).
Included with each plan is a
- Summary o# Changes" which lists the changes j
incorporated in Revision 4.
An evaluation conducted per 10CFR50.54(p), determined that these-changes.do not decrease the effectiveness of the security program.
The enclosure to this letter contains SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION as defined in 10CFR73.21; consequently, the enclosure should not be placed in the Public Document Room.
