Subject:
Task Order 24, " Nondestructive Examination Support at Palo Verde Generating Station," Under Contract No. NRC-03-90-028 In accordance with Section G.5, " Task Order Procedures," of the subject contract, this letter definitizes Task Order 24. This effort shall be performed in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work and the contractor's proposal dated April 12, 1993, incorporated herein by reference.
Task Order 24 shall be in effect from April 22, 1993 through May 3, 1993 with a cost ceiling of $23,075.12. The amount of $21,621.91 represents the total estimated reimbursable costs. The amount of $264.00 represents the film costs and the amount of $1,189.21 represents the fixed fee, Accounting data for Task Order 24 is as follows:
