FORT CALHOUN STATION, UNIT NO.1 - AMENDMENT N0.154 TO FACILITY OPERATING LICENSE N0. DPR-40 (TAC N0. M84732)

The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.154 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-40 for the Fort Calhoun Station, Unit No.1. This amendment consists of changes to the Technical Specifications (TS) in response to your -

application dated October 9, 1992.

The amendment changes TS 3.2 (Table 3-5) to require a charcoal filter volumetric flow rate of between 4500 and 12000 cubic feet per minuta. The amendment also includes administrative changes. The remaining changes requested in your October 9, 1993, application remain under consideration and will be the subject of a future licensing action.

A copy of our related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. A Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's next biweekly Federal Reoister notice.
