In accordance with Section 2.790(d) of the NRC's " Rules of Practice," Part 2,

programs and procedures for safeguarding special nuclear material are exempt -
from public disclosure; therefore, Enclosure B will not be placed in the NRC
Public Document Room.
However, in accordance with 10 CFR 2.790(a), a copy of this letter and
Enclosure A will be placed in the NRC Public Document Room.
