Isolation Valve closure requirements associated with the Main Steam Une.
Radiation Monitors. The proposed changes' conform with NRC approved Ucensing Topical Report NEDO-31400.
The proposed change to the Technical Specifications is Attachment I to this '
Application for Amendment to the Operating Ucense. The Safety Evaluation for the proposed change is included as Attachment II. A markup of the affected Technical Specification pages are provided in Attachment 111.
