This refers to the inspection conducted by W. J. Tobin of this office on
February 22-25, 1993. The inspection included a review of activities
authorized for your Oconee Nuclear Station. At the conclusion of the
inspection, the findings were discussed with those members of your staff

Within the scope of the inspection, violations or deviations were not

10 CFR Part 73.21 and its disclosure to unauthorized individuals is prohibited-
