ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENTS (TAC N05. M81925 AND M81926)
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.138 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-39 and Amendment No. 127 to facility Operating License No.
DPR-48 for the Zion Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2, respectively. The amendments are in response tc your application dated December 26, 1991, as supplemented March 27, April 3, and April 10, 1992.
The amendments revise the Technical Specifications Definitions section to address the planned upgrade of the Process Protection System from the current destinghouse 7100 series analog system to Westinghouse Eagle-21 digital system.
A copy of the Safety Evaluation is also enclosed.
The Notice of. Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Reoister notice.
