lOlEICELID JUCLIAR GF.NERATIIG PIMr Ibcket No. 50-263 License No. DPR-22 During power operation near 100% on October 7,1976, No. 3 TIP ball valve failed to automatically close properly during routine operation of the TIP System.
The vahre was cycled manually and it closed successfully.
No. 3 T1P is presently held out of service with the ball valve closed pending, further investigation.
