By letter dated July 17, 1990, the Entergy Operations, Inc. requested a change to the Waterford 3 Technical Specifications Bases to delete a paragraph previously overlooked in License Amendment No. 62. The change involves the specified tirae intervals for surveillance requirements; specifically Bases 4.0.2.
Generic Letter 89-14 dated August 21, 1989,-had specified the acceptable wording for the Bases which Entergy Operations had ado)ted and was included in License Arnendment No. 62.
However, the last persgrapi of the previous Bases was overlooked and remains with the current Bases.
We agree the paragraph should be removed. A revised Bases page is included with this letter.
