- Enclosed are thirty four (34) copies of Chapter 9 proprietary information responses ta the subject Request for Additional Information (RAI) (Enclosure 2) on the Standard Safety Analysis Report (SSAR) for the Advanced Boiling Water Reactor (ABWR).
Responses to Questions 430.241, 430.244, 430.245, 430.246, 430.247, 430.248, 430.248, 430.249, 430.253,430.254,430.256 and 430.357 contain information that is designated as General Electric Company proprietary information. This material relates to the Chapter 9 proprietary information that was previously sent to the NRC via Reference 2 and its corresponding proprietary affidavit, it is intended that GE will amend the SSAR with these responses in a future amendment.
